If the 2014 GMC Terrain's backup camera stops working or the display goes blank there may be a faulty connection between the truck's parking brake bracket and the main wiring in the vehicle. Alternatively a fuse could need replacing. The correct fuse is found in the BCM and is numbered 6. The BCM is located on the driver's side of the cabin by the speaker behind the dash. The Terrain's tailgate wiring and or parking sensors may also have become damaged over time by road debris, disabling the camera there. Some owners have been able to reset the camera's display by unplugging its connective cable usually located behind the rear view mirror.
