If the power mirrors are not working in Your 2015 Nissan Altima the first thing that I recommend that You check is the fuse to them. If the fuse is blown then the motors in the mirrors will not be able to get power and will not work. If the fuse is okay then the next thing You should take a look at is the switch that controls them. Make sure that the wiring on the bottom of it is all tight and free from fraying. If the wiring is all good then the last thing You should check are the actual motors themselves. These are small electronic motors and they can wear out over time and may need to be replaced.
