The heated seats in a 2015 Nissan Murano are powered through the underhood fuse panel. It is located on the driver side of the vehicle near the battery. Remove the plastic cover and look at the diagram to find the exact location for the fuses You need to check. There will be a different fuse for each seat, so one for the driver and one for the passenger side. They should both be 15 amp fuses. When You replace the blown ones make sure to use a replacement that has the exact same amperage rating, never go higher. They provide a few spare fuses in the panel, the diagram on the cover will show You which ones are the spares.
Our driver's seat heater failed. The cause was a melted connector obviously caused by movement of the seat causing a failure in the connector allowing a short between conductors. $1500 to repair for something that failed due to design weakness and I guess enabling the auto seat return option.
