The 115v outlet in Your 2019 Dodge Ram is powered by an inverter that is mounted under the passenger front seat. The inverter is only switched on when the ignition is on, so that is the first thing to check. If You have the ignition on but still no power to the outlet, Your next move is to check the fuses associated with the outlet. The specific fuse location is different in each of the various trims offered for 2019 so You will need to check the underside of the fuse panel cover to see which one powers the 115v plug. At Least one trim has two fuses for the outlet so make sure to check the diagram closely so You dont overlook one. If all of Your fuses are good, You will need to have the truck looked at by the dealer.
