The reason for the touch screen not working on a Chevy Silverado will depend on a few things. If Your touch screen is not going power at all then it's possible You have either a blown fuse or Your wiring has become damage. You'll need to first try replacing the fuse and if that doesn't work then inspect the wires. Make sure to disconnect the battery before doing this. If Your screen is getting power but the touch isn't working then Your screen itself may have become damaged and it will need to be replaced.
