The most likely reason that the key fob for Your Ford Transit Mk7 has stopped working is a dead battery. The battery inside the fob is rechargeable but even those go bad eventually. The replacement You will need to order is a VL2330. This can be installed pretty easily, You just need to separate the two halves of the fob and remove the old cell, then install the new one and put everything back together. If You are sure the battery in Your key fob is not the problem, You will need to order a replacement fob from Ford. You will also need them to reprogRam the replacement so it works with Your vehicle.

The 2019 Ford transit mk7 key fob may stop working due to misaligned buttons on the fob, or a dead battery
