Why is my Ford transit windscreen washer not working?

To troubleshoot the Ford Transit's windshield washer, check the nozzle for debris buildup or blockage and clean if necessary. Alternatively, cleaning fluid levels may be running on empty or too low to create pressure in the lines. Locate the fluid reservoir under the hood, usually on the passenger's side of the bay. Cleaner fluid lines can become disconnected. Look under the front cowl for signs of cracking, disconnection or damage. In rarer cases, the windshield washer pump may have failed. Check the assembly for replacement. Lastly, the Ford Transit's washer pump is controlled by the Body Control Module's fuse panel housed under the dash to the right of the driver's knee. Examine the 15 amp fuse F6 for replacement.
