Why is my Hyundai getz electric mirrors not working?

If Your Hyundai Getz's electric mirrors aren't working, the first thing You're going to do is check the fuse and replace it if it's blown. Next, confirm the mirror lock-out switch isn't in the neutral position, and that the the movement switch isn't faulty. If You're certain that the switches are good, it's possible the motor control for the mirror has failed. It's pretty easy to change out a side mirror, if You've got a backup part for testing. Simply pry away the trim panel on the door with a flat-head screw-driver and locate the screws securing the mirror to the door. Unscrew them and take the mirror off the door. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mirror. Plug it into the new mirror and reverse the process of takeng it off, to install the replacement one.
