I have the same problem tried reset took it to dealer they can’t fix the problem. This is the 3rd unit we’ve had with same problem. The last one was replaced in late 2020 they said it’s out of warranty but I’m standing firm and not paying for a new unit as this shouldn’t happen when the car is 7 years old.
