One of the reasons an Inifinite Q50 radio might be working is a blow fuse or a bad electrical connection. If there has been any recent impact on the car, the radio wire might have come loose. This can be troubleshoot by takeng out the radio unit and checking the wires connecting to it. If the main wire is out of the socket, then plug it back in and try again. If there is no sign of life or disconnections, then it might be a bad fuse in the fuse box. That might be a little harder to diagnose for a non-pro. Before takeng the car in for a tech to look at it, first try to reset the radio itself. Usually by holding down the e power button for a few seconds and releasing it.

The 2019 INFINITI Q50 radio may stop working due to bad wiring, a blown fuse, or amp problem
Press the big button on steering wheel on the right side. Then use the silver “ set” button with a plus and minus sign to set it (down to set) and then use the plus and minus key to increase or decrease your speed—braking will turn it off.
