Why is my Jaguar remote app not working?

To turn on the MINI Cooper's foglamps locate two buttons on the driver's dash engraved with a symbol of a lamp. They will be installed next to a large dial used to control the MINI Cooper's headlights. To switch on the rear foglamp, turn the knob to the headlight setting by moving it two notches forward clockwise. Next depress the lower FL button once. A warning that the rear FL has been activated will appear in the driver's mph gauge. To activate the front foglamps, depress the top button next to the headlight controls. Another warning light will illuminate. To turn either or both lamps off, simply depress the buttons again. The MINI Cooper's foglamps use either H8, H7 or H11 bulbs for replacement, depending on year of manufacture.
