If the touch screen in Your Jeep Wrangler stops working there are a couple of things You should check before replacing it. The first is the fuses, Your owners manual will list the location and amperage value for each of the fuses You need to look at. If those are intact You may have luck resetting it, to do this You will need to press the Radio button, then the Seek Up button followed by the Nav button. If none of that works You will need to have the unit replaced. In most cases replacing the radio with an aftermarket touchscreen will be cheaper than going with a factory replacement unless You can find a used OEM module but make sure to get the exact same model You have now so You do not lose access to U Connect.
