The spoiler in Your Porsche Panamera is designed to come up automatically either when You are accelerating hard, or when You reach 75 miles an hour. Usually if Your wing is not working You will get an alert on Your driver information screen letting You know that there has been a problem with the wing. The most common reason that the wing will not come up is due to a failed motor. The wing is controlled by a pair of electric motors that work in sync with each other and if one of them has a problem then the system will not work. I recommend that You have the assembly inspected by a Porsche mechanic because it is a moderately complex system.

If your Porsche Panamera rear spoiler is not working it's usually caused by a motor problem.
