If little air is coming through the vents (hot or cold) on Your VW T25, then it could be because the blower motor for the fan or a switch or resistor that controls fan speed isn't working. Another cause might be that the electronically controlled blend doors that direct airflow is stuck or broken.A heater blower motor uses a unique squirrel cage design to draw air into a vehicle's climate control system, and force it into the various vents. The blower motor requires a high amount of amperage, controlled by a switch in the climate control center and a blower motor resistor.

Your vw t25 heater blower not working could be caused by a failed blower motor resistor or a failed blower motor.
