If Your screen on Your 2017 Ford Explorer isn't working, and You've already checked that it's not the fuse going to the infotainment center, it's possible the LCD has actually burnt out. Note that many drivers have had issues with the system rebooting itself during normal driving, but it doesn't sound like that's what You're encountering, which would be the screen going black and then showing the Ford logo. For this issue, if it's not the fuse, You're going to have to take Your Explorer in to the dealer for them to swap out the screen.

Hold down the power button and right arrow under the screen for 10 seconds, to reboot the system.
