There are several reasons why a Ford F-350 backup camera might not work. One of the more common ones is a blow fuse. Since there are fuses connected to each electrical component in the vehicle, there is a chance that in the event of a power surge, they will blow out to protect the component. Locate the fuse connected to the backup camera and have it changed. This will typically resolve the issue. If that does not work, then try checking the wires connected directly to the camera. This might have come loose or cut. Another option is to try doing a software reset on the Your display screen. This might get things working again, if reset to factory settings.

Well I am on my 3 rd camera have had the truck less than 2 months only 2200 miles on it think service department drives it more than I do
