The Ford Fiesta Sync might occasionally fail to establish a bluetooth connection because of a software glitch or overload. As with most electronic components such as this, a habit of rebooting them every now and then helps to keep them running smoothly. Just like a regular computer. So if it is not syncing, the first course of action should always be to power cycle both the Sync system and Your device. After that, try to re-establish a bluetooth connection. If that does not work, You can attempt going into the settings of Your sync and remove Your device from there. Go through the original steps to pair up the car with Your device. That might get things back working again.
