If the parking sensors don't appear to be working on Your Lexus RX350, the very first thing You should do is make sure You've got the Park Assist function on. Don't feel silly if You don't: it's sometimes the absolute simple things. In this case, that button is so easy to bump, that a lot of the time, it gets banged and You don't even notice. So, look on the door, and make sure You've pressed the long black button with the "P" on it, near the Auto button for the windows. If You've confirmed it's actually turned on, then the next thing to do is check that the fuse for this hasn't blown. It's A7.5A fuse labeled GAUGE, and it'll be located in the driver side fuse panel.

After I charged my dead battery on 2020 Lexus RX 350, the parking sensors stopped working.tried all the above and still not working. Took the car for a short drive and, low and behold everything went back to normal. Not sure how it got fixed but I couldn't be happier.

The Lexus RX 350 parking sensors may not be working if they are disabled, have a blown fuse, or it could be obstructed by debris.
