The most common reasons for Your Lincoln MKC touch screen to stop working are going to be a bad screen or the unit itself has frozen and needs to be reset. If the display turns on but wont respond to touch input You may be able to force the unit to reboot and this can sometimes fix the issue. The first thing to try is forcing a hard reboot by pressing and holding the power button for 15 - 20 seconds. If this works You will see the display power off and then back on. If this does not correct Your issue You may be able to hard reset the entire system but doing so will delete all Your stored settings and radio stations. To do this You just need to disconnect the negative battery terminal for around 15 minutes. After that You just need to reconnect it and test Your display. If neither of these worked You will need to have the dealer look at it since the display is most likely faulty.
