What is the recall for? Right Side (Pass) Drive Shaft may have been improperly installed.

How can it affect the vehicle? If improperly heat-treated, the drive shaft can break while driving normally. This can cause the engine to stop while in gear.

Which models were affected? Certain 2017 Honda Civic sedan and coupe models.

Are there risks if you fail to have the problem corrected? Increases the risk of personal injury due to a crash without prior warning.
