The size of the tires on the 2003 Honda Civic depends on the version. It has a size of 185/70R14 for the DX Coupe, DX Sedan, HX Coupe, Hybrid, LX Coupe and LX Sedan. It has a size of 185/65R15 for the EX Coupe and EX Sedan and 195/60R15 for the Si Hatchback. The recommended tire pressure iS30 psi for both the front and the rear tires. It has a wheel size of 14 to 15 inches in diameter and 5.5 to 6 inches in width. If You ever get a flat, there is a spare tire that is stored in the trunk and under the carpet area. You shouldn't drive on it for too long though or You can run into some problems. If a new tire is needed, a new one costs anywhere from $55 to $150 per tire.
