You will run into issues with the oil at some point. A common problem is an awful burning odor. This needs to be viewed closely as soon as possible or the car might explode. Bad oil can cause the engine to fail. Knocking noise may show up from the engine. You could experience poor gas mileage. Your oil needs to be changed out someday. Hyundai list multiple viscosities based on local weather conditions: 5W30 or 5W40, below 95 F 10W30 or 10W40 or 10W50, above -9 F and 20W40 or 20W50, above 32 F.
