The viscosities very based on weather: all temperatures can use 0W30/5W30/0W40/5W40/5W50 above -4 F needs 10W30/10W40/10W50/10W60 above 5 F requires 15W40/15W50 and above 23 F use 20W40/20W50. NOTE: For those 2003 C230s with an oil cooler you'll need additional oil.
