The size of the tires on the 2003 Toyota Tacoma is 225/75R15 and 265/70R16 for all versions except for the 2wd Extra Cab and the 2wd Regular Cab which have a size of 205/75R15 and 235/55R16. The recommended tire pressure is 26 psi to 32 psi for both the front and the rear tires. The size of the wheels on the Tacoma is 15 to 16 inches in diameter and 6 to 7 inches in width. The truck has a wheel bolt pattern of 5x114.3mm, a thread size of M12 X1.5, a center bore of 60.1 mm and it uses lug nuts as the wheel fasteners. If a new tire is needed the cost of a new one is between $120 and $150.

Look inside the left door jamb. Unless you have changed wheel / tire size.
