The size of the tires on the 2004 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500 depends on the version. For example 245/70R17, 265/70R17 and 275/55R20 for the QuadCab 2wd and the Reg Cab 2wd and 245/70R17, 265/70R17, 275/70R17 and 275/60R20 for the QuadCab 4wd and Reg Cab 4wd. The recommended tire pressure for the truck iS35 psi for the front and 35 psi for the rear tires. The size of the wheels are 17 to 22 inches in diameter and 7 to 10 inches in width. The truck has a wheel bolt pattern of 5x139.7mm and a thread size of 9/16" - 18. It has a center bore of 78.1 mm and it uses lug nuts as the wheel fasteners.
