The 2004 Volkswagen Jetta's trunk is smaller than the newer ones by a whole cubic foot: It only has 13 cubic feet, compared to the 14.1 that You'd find on a 2021. You have an approximately 68.3 inch opening at the trunk to fit in luggage. This vehicle can carry 5 passengers, and has at least 33 inches of leg room for everyone, as well as at least 37 inches of head room. If You outfit the Jetta with a decent hitch, it can tow about a ton, with the 2.0 liter engine giving a net torque of 122 at 2600 RPM, but it's safer if You stay about 500 pounds under this at least, given that You're trying to tow with a sedan!

The 2004 Volkswagen Jetta has an impressive trunk space of 13.0 cubic feet. Although the seats do not fold, its size is large compared to similar compact vehicles.
