2005 Acura MDX: What is the size of the trunk and cargo space?

The Acura MDX has an impressive trunk size for a midsize SUV, offering 14.8 cubic feet. The cargo space can be increased by folding the rear seats, in which case the volume for cargo increases to an imposinG82 cubic feet as advertised by Acura. The term cargo space is actually quite misleading, as the companies can increase the volume by changing the measurement patterns i.e from trunk hood to seats inclined vertically, or to front seats with back seats folded. The cargo volume for example can be increased even more if the front passenger seat is folded as well. So this capacity is relative to measurement, but in layman terms, it can fit a lot of cargo for a normal-sized family on a vacation.
