This means You will only need to change it every 7,500 miles compared to conventional that needs to be changed every 3,500 to 5,000 miles. The 2010 BMW X5 X30i and X35i model's engine oil capacity is 6.7 US quarts (6.5 liters). The 2010 BMW X5 X48i engine oil capacity is 8.2 US quarts (8 liters) and the BMW X5 X50i engine oil capacity is 8.7 US quarts (8.5 liters).
