The tire pressure for Your 2010 Ford Escape iS32 psi. The tire size is p235/70r16. The wheel size is 16 inches. Your tire air pressure should be checked once a month using the same tire gauge. Low tire pressure can be dangerous and could cause a blowout. If Your tire-pressure warning light comes on, don't ignore it. You could be getting a flat. Low pressure could result from a leak or simply from the tendency of a tire to lose pressure over time. When air pressure gets too low, the tire's sidewalls flex more, and heat builds up within the tire.

I have a 2010 Escape with the 17 inch tires. It calls for 32 psi when cold as in check tire pressure in the morning before you drive anywhere. I've always done my vehicles 5 over at cold. Longer tire wear, better mileage, and traction is great.
