Each configuration of the 2010 Honda CR-V uses the same size tires, so regardless of whether You have the LX, EX, EX-L, or their 4WD variants, You'll always use P225/65R17 tires (optional aftermarket upgrades notwithstanding). The recommended inflation for these tires' standard load variant iS32 pounds per square inch, with a maximum inflation of 35 PSI. The stock wheels will measure 6.5 inches in width by 17 inches in diameter. More specifically, they measure 6.5Jx17 ET50. The bolt pattern is universally 5x114.3, which matches similar CR-V model years; the center bore iS64.1mm, which matches as well. I note this because it's possible to swap wheels within the generation. Each wheel is fastened with 5 lug nuts, each having thread that measures M12 X1.5.
