Your 2011 Buick Enclave oil capacity iS5.5 quarts. The recommended oil type iS5w-30 full synthetic motor oil. It is recommended to change Your oil every 7,500 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first. You can extend Your engine life, get better gas mileage, and have better performance if You change Your oil regularly. Synthetic oil is by far better for performance. It protects the engine due to lower levels of friction. Synthetic oil keeps engines cleaner. When oil travels through the engine, it picks up debris and deposits from tiny fragments of dirt and tiny slivers of metal which damage engines. If the oil isn't changed, Your vehicle's engine will start to have a lot of problems. Over time the oil will become thinner, abrasive, and will start to wear down on vital engine parts.

If dexos‐approved engine oil is not available at an oil change or for maintaining proper oil level, you may use substitute engine oil displaying the API Starburst symbol and of SAE 5W-30 viscosity grade. The engine oil capacity for the 2011 Buick Enclave is 5.2 liters (5.5 US Quarts).
