The 2012 Toyota Highlander haS-10.8 cubic feet of cargo room behind the third row. It haS42.3 cubic feet of cargo room behind the second row. There is a good 95.4Cubic feet of cargo room behind the first row if You fold down both rear rows of seating. With the third row up I would not expect to be able to fit more than some groceries into the back of the Highlander. When You have the third row down You should be able to take a family of four or five on vacation with all of their luggage in the back of the vehicle as well. The Highlander is very competitive in terms of cargo room for a midsize SUV.

Without the seating area, the rear cargo space on the 2012 Toyota Highlander is very small at only 10.3 cubic feet. When the seats are put down, it grows to a respectable 95.4 cubic feet.
