To reset the 2018 Nissan Rogues change oil light You will need to go into the options menu on the dash. Find the oil option and hit reset. That said if You have not changed the oil then it will just come back on. When performing an oil change on the car You will first want to make sure that the vehicle has been parked and off for a couple of hours. Otherwise, the oil in the car will be very hot and You could burn Yourself. Find the oil pan in the engine compartment and locate the drain plug on the underside. Position a bucket under the plug and then remove it. This will allow the oil to drain into the pan. Let it do this until it stops dripping, which may take an hour or so. After it has finished dripping You can put the drain plug back on, then locate the intake port on the top of the oil pan. Using a funnel fill the oil pan to full, but make sure to not overfill. A little under is fine, but going over can lead to leaks and oil burn off. Once it is full close the port up, wipe up any spilt oil and You will be finished.

On a 2018 nissan rogue you can reset the change oil light by putting the ignition in the on position without starting the engine. Then use the navigation buttons on the steering wheel to display the "settings" options. Next find the "maintenance" options. Then find the "oil and filter" options. Finally select "reset" in order to restore the oil to 100%.
