Are there any 2011 chevy equinox exhaust manifold recalls?

The 2011 Chevy Equinox has been recalled three times but not because of the exhaust manifold. The first recall was issued on December 15th, 2010 because of a flaw in the seat belt buckle anchor design, which could increase the risk of injury during an accident because they failed to properly restrain the passengers. The second recall was issued on July 23rd, 2014 because the seat height adjuster bolt could fall out. When the birds sell out the driver seat would unexpectedly drop and alter the seating position. This could lead to the driver lose control the vehicle and increase the risk of crashing. The last recall issued on the equinox was on July 5th, 2016 because the key was able to be removed when the vehicle wasn't in park. This had the potential of allowing the vehicle to roll away while passengers were getting out.
