The seats on the Toyota RAV4 fold to different amounts of flatness depending on the model year and trim, but in general, no, they're not going to fold all the way down. There's a high transition area that slopes near the front seats, which is annoying if You're trying to go camping and sleep in the back. Now, if You're not actually sleeping in the back, You'll have about 69.8 cubic feet (again, dependent on year model and trim) to store things, but if Your cargo needs to lay flat, You're going to be frustrated with (at least in the newer model year) the RAV4's not-quite-flat laying seats.
