No, the 2013 Honda Civic doesn't come with a push button start by default: Honda started offering that feature en masse for the 2014 model year vehicles. Now, that doesn't mean you can't have this feature on your 2013; you'll just have to go with an aftermarket solution. These typically run about $245 for a kit, and allow you to remote start your engine froM400 feet away, as well as activate the climate control (ie, heat that puppy up when you're heading to the Northeast for a well earned ski trip without trudging outside) and an LCD on the remote access key fob letting you know when the vehicle's warmed (or cooled) to your desire temperature. It's a pretty good investment if you want to bling out your Civic a little.
