The 2006 Toyota Tundra does not come equipped with the standard cabin air filter. At least, it isn't the type You may expect. Instead of a cabin air filter that needs regularly inspections and changes, Toyota has chosen to include a permanent unit made of a foamlike substance. This filter does not need to be changed, but may be inspected yearly during routine servicing. The cost of this element is between $32 and $50 for a new one.
