The 2012 Ford Fiesta has isofix points in the rear seats. But what exactly is isofix. ISOFIX is an internationally standardized car seat fitting system. It automatically locks Your car seat “ or car seat base “ onto two metal clips (ISOFIX fixing points) between the vehicle seat of Your car.To find out if Your car has Isofix points, look for Isofix labels between the base and back of Your car seats (the fitting points themselves may also be visible) or check Your vehicle's handbook or contact the manufacturer or dealer. Most cars now have ISOFIX points in the rear as standard; some also provide them in the front passenger seat (check Your car's manual). With the exception of two-seater cars, ISOFIX will be mandatory in all new models.
