The 2007 Hyundai Elantra did not come standard with bluetooth connectivity for either music or hands free calling. They also did not offer any upgrade package that would add it to the vehicle when it was new. Currently there are many different aftermarket kits You can use to add bluetooth to this vehicle if You choose. There are ones that are only for hands free calling and some that are for streaming music. Many will offer both but they will be slightly more expensive coming in at around $150 and You're going to need a lit bit of wiring knowledge to install those ones.

Some did indeed have bluetooth capability. It was early in the technology's history however, and it's implementation was rough.
