Does the 2000 Ford Ranger 3.0 l have a timing belt or chain ?

The 2000 Ford Ranger with the 3.0L engine comes standard with a timing chain on the engine. This is better than a belt in my opinion because it should not need to be changed during the life of the vehicle.
