The 2007 Lincoln MKX did not come standard with the ability for remote start and they offered no upgrade package or trim level that came equipped with it. You'll have the option of adding an after market kit but it will need to be one that is specifically made for the vehicle. There are have been many reports of users using different after market kits and it can cause major electrical issues with the vehicle. You're going to preferably take it in to a local dealership to see if they will have the ability to add it to Your vehicle.

The 2007 Lincoln MKX does not come standard with remote start. The SecuriLock passive anti-theft system is not compatible with non-Ford aftermarket remote start systems. Use of these systems may result in vehicle starting problems and a loss of security protection.
