The 2007 Lincoln MKX did not come with bluetooth avaialble on the car. 2007 was a little bit too early for bluetooth to be as standard as it is these days in cars. If You do want to add bluetooth in Your MKX there are some ways to do it. The first way is to buy a third party kit that connects to Your vehicle's existing stereo and allows You to use bluetooth for calls and Audio. This will require also adding a microphone to the car so that You can speak on the phone. The second option is to add a new head unit and remove Your stock one. This can get You the latest technology available for Your car with one simple upgrade.

The 2007 Lincoln MKX does not have Bluetooth. The 2007 Lincoln MKX is equipped with an Auxiliary Input Jack (AIJ). The Auxiliary Input Jack provides a way to connect your portable music player to the in-vehicle audio system. This allows the audio from a portable music player to be played through the vehicle speakers with high fidelity.
