The 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan does have a cabin air filter. You will come across a few annoying noises from the air conditioner. Loose mounting bolts will become a nuisance. A bad compressor will get noisy. Too much Freon will make this happen. These sounds need to be look into quickly or You will lose Your mind. Being a sweaty mess is never a good time. That's why the air conditioner needs to be functioning. You will face issues with this part at some time. The motor might become faulty. An inaccurate thermostat could come up. A nasty odor from the vents will cause issues with Your comfort. A fan might become loose. A Freon leak will cause You to sweat.

Yes, the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan has a cabin air filter. It's located behind the glove box and should be changed every 20,000 miles or at minimum once a year.
