The 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan does have a cabin air filter. You will come across a few annoying noises from the air conditioner. Loose mounting bolts will become a nuisance. A bad compressor will get noisy. Too much Freon will make this happen. These sounds need to be look into quickly or You will lose Your mind. Being a sweaty mess is never a good time.
