The 2010 Ford Escape does come with bluetooth if You have the optional Sync system installed in Your vehicle. The Sync system is the upgraded head unit for the SUV and it gives You more technology and connectivity than the base option. Bluetooth is a great feature if You are looking to be able to use Your phone hands free in Your car. You can pair it to the vehicle and use the microphone in the car to speak to people on the phone. Bluetooth is also good if You have a bluetooth enabled MP3 player or smartphone. This will let You stream music wirelessly to Your car's stereo and use the device as Your Audio source.

Several escape models offer bluetooth capability through the sync function; escape limited and hybrid limited, for instance, come with bluetooth as factory standard features.
