Nissan offered a technology package for the 2010 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV, so if that's what You've got, You've got bluetooth. If it's not, You'll need to invest in installing an aftermarket solution. If You do have the correct package, here's how You make use of the bluetooth Audio. First, make sure You've enabled bluetooth on Your mobile device. The procedure can differ between iPhone and Android, so You'll need to consult Your user manual; check the box Your phone came in for that. Now, on Your Maxima, You'll need to press the Phone button on the Audio system, and follow the prompts to Connect, Connect New Device. This may also be under bluetooth -> Add phone. On Your mobile, under Your bluetooth, select "MY-CAR". Check that the PIN shown on the vehicle and Your device are the same. If they match, accept the pairing request, and then select OK. Confirm any further popups, because nothing ever bad has happened by blindly doing so, and You should be able to now stream Audio.

Streaming audio is only available on equipped 2010 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SV models with the purchase of the Technology Package. This option is not available on 3.5 S models.
