The 2012 Honda Accord will not come standard with the back up camera but they did offer it as an upgrade option. This upgrade cost $800 if You were purchasing the vehicle new. Starting in 2013 Honda decided to make the back up camera standard on all models of the Accord. So the 2012 was the last year that it was not included on every trim. If You have an older model that does not have a camera but You're wanting one then You can easily add one to Your vehicle using aftermarket parts.

Yes, but not on all models. Navigation equipped models are the only ones that have them. Not sure why the above person said no so dry cut.
