You will come into problems at some point or another. The gas tank could become loose. A bad control valve might arise. The gas cap can become stuck and will be quite an ordeal to deal with. There may be gas leaks, which need to be looked into pronto. Car parts will eventually become ineffective. The fuel filter needs to be changed every 30,000 miles. If it doesn't, You will come across problems with the performance.

No, the 2013 GMC Terrain does not have a fuel filter. Instead, the fuel pumps inside of the fuel tank have screens.

The 2013 GMC Terrain doesn't use a fuel filter, each of the two fuel pumps inside the fuel tank have their own screens.
