No the 2014 Honda CR-V came out at a time before any major car makers had even thought about adding Android Auto to their vehicles. It will not be available on any trim level and they made no update to the car's system to add it. If You really want to have android auto on Your vehicle You're going to need to purchase a 3rd party navigation system. These will coSTSeveral hundred dollars and require some knowledge of wiring to install it in to Your vehicle. Most owners will want to have this job professionally done.
