Unfortunately the 2015 Chevy Impala does not come with the Apple CarPlay feature. They did start adding it to the Impala in 2016 though. If You really want this feature I believe it's possible to find an aftermarket option that You can have installed for You. -

The 2015 Chevrolet Impala does not have Apple CarPlay available. Apple CarPlay was made available on the 2016 Impala model.
