Nissan does not offer Apple CarPlay in the 2015 Nissan Altima. While CarPlay and Android Auto are becoming more common now it wasn't too popular in most 2015 models. It is definitely easier to find in vehicles froM2018 to now though. You may be able to find YourseLFAn aftermarket stereo that will give You access to CarPlay but whether it's worth the costs is up to You. -

The 2015 Nissan Altima is not equipped with apple carplay. Aftermarket infotainment systems are available that allows you to use them apple carplay though.

The 2015 Nissan Altima does not come with Apple CarPlay. However, there are aftermarket infotainment system head units that you can install that will allow Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
